The Movies

I leaned back into the armchair that was doubling as a computer chair and took a deep breath then sighed.

"Jareth!"

In a burst of his usual glitter, the Goblin King appeared. He was wearing his usual tights, a white silk poet's shirt, muskateer style boots, his always present make- up. and the same 80's frizzy hairdo in his blonde hair that David Bowie had worn in the movie "Labyrinth".

"You called?" he asked leaning back against my door.

"Why?" I asked simply.

"I don't know what you mean..." he said in his silky English accent.

"Sure...You have no idea how on the very day before Athena and I go to see 'Midsummer Night Dream', they stop playing it." I said glaring.

"Surely you can't be accusing ME of such a childish feat? Serves you right for going to see that two-bit trickster's movie..."

In a whirl of magic, Puck appeared.

"TWO-BIT? Look who's talking Tights Boy. You're jealous because all you GOT is a movie. I have a play, a movie, and a cartoon show...." Puck said smugly.

"You're just a guest spot in 'your' cartoon show, *I* have a bigger list...two lists in fact...." Jareth retailated.

"Dedicated to the LABYRINTH, not you...."

I sighed.

"Ok, boys, play nice. " I said shaking my head. "Now back to what I was asking...."

"I'm honestly not responsable, little Shade," Jareth said seriously. "It's all the theatre's fault this time...."

"I guess chaining myself to the theatre until they promise to show it, is back in then....." I sighed.

*********

This is inspired by true events that happened to my best friend, Athena, and I.
