Who is this "Rex"?
Rex is a character crerated by December Girl. He first appears in the fan fiction "Survivors Log 2: Bitter Streets". Rex, along with the other residents of Brier-Rose, were in essence forgotten. When Charlie, Throttle, Pike, Vinnie, Shelly, and Paul stumbled (or fell into) it. For exacts and details read the fic yourself at DG's place.
Rex is still young, but has been forced to be the leader of the gang The Skywalkers (so named for incredible acrobatics in the air on the city's skyscrapers). He's strong and tough at times, but also caring and loving at others. He's afraid to open up and does to only a select few. Recently he's become interested in Charlie's daughter Shelly.
